Upon receipt of a proper notification meeting these requirements, Creativeezy will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing materials. Please note that Creativeezy may not send a confirmation regarding the removal or disabling.
It is important to note that any statements made by the party that posted the allegedly infringing content must also comply with the requirements for copyright notifications. If there is uncertainty, seeking legal advice is recommended to avoid potential liability if the material infringes upon third-party rights.
